Sleep trackers are great to for you to see visually as an infographic to see how many hours you sleep and the range of your sleeping schedule. Since sleep is incredibly important, the sleep trackers can help you in turning your schedule around. And to acknowledge your sleeping habits whether it’s good or bad.
Mine is most likely bad, as I’m also trying to turn my sleeping schedule around for the better XD. Though these sleep trackers are so creative, with multiple styles for you to choose from to write down your own sleep tracker.
If you’re planning to start a bullet journal, things such as this cheap bullet journal, this Micron Pen Set, and some highlighters to give an extra pop of color! Bullet journaling doesn’t require an expensive notebook with a bunch of colorful pens, you really only need the journal and pens. Though the highlighters will definitely help with the colors XD
Let’s get started on these 24 adorable sleep trackers! :

I love the layout of this, it’s such an interesting format to have, with the color of the lines representing whether you slept well or not. The koi on the inside of the circle is adorable as well in a sort of yin yang round.

An infographic with the time on the top as the x-axis and dates at the left as the y-axis, and I love the fall theme in this tracker with the pumpkins at the top.

The theme of this sleep tracker spread can’t be more fitting, with the night sky ripped out from paper. This is similar to the one above, since it’s the classic layout of a sleep tracker. But it’s still gorgeous nonetheless XD

Blue is my favorite color, as you can clearly see from the blog, so I might be biased towards this beautiful blue sleep tracker! I feel like writing the time down like this person did is also a good idea as well.

I love the gold title and the stars, along with the constellations as well, it really adds to the vibe or feel of the tracker. The display of the circular graph and the time per each day is another way to do your sleep tracker.

The brown lines on the top makes it look so professional and graceful, and the simple lines to indicate the hours. And the dotted lines to mark the preferred times.

The black outline of each time is a nice accent to it, and the time up on top lists the time, from 7pm to 11am. It really shows which hour you tend to sleep at, which is a major point for sleep trackers.
