Everyone should practice some self care, it doesn’t have to be big. Some small things like treating yourself to your favorite snack that makes you happy perfectly suffices.
Once in a while, we all could experience some sort of stump with life and you could already see the stress building up by the second. And you’re instantly overwhelmed and tense until the problems are gone. Which could take a while, unfortunately. That’s where these self care ideas comes in.

1. Put on a Face Mask
Put on an icy cold face mask and let it moisturize your face as you watch a Netflix show or do any of your daily activities!

2. Binge on a Netflix Show
Speaking of Netflix and facemasks, it’s the perfect way to just relax and catch up on the Netflix show that you’ve been dying to know the ending to!
Or just start up another show that you’ve been constantly hearing about from your friends!
3. Doing Yoga
Yoga has the most wondrous effects, some people even do it for medical reasons because of the results! I personally also love stretching for even fifteen minutes 🙂
So why not start trying it yourself? Get out a yoga mat and start stretching that back! XD
4. Take a Hot Shower
A hot scalding shower fixes it all, am I right? Fill up the tub, throw in your favorite bath salt, bath bomb, or some bubble bath solution. And soak in that hot water for a good while as you play some soft music?

5. Go on Long Walk or Hike

Spending time with your family, eat a dinner together or even just a chat!
